Sushi Apprentice
An entry path for those who want to learn the fundamentals of sushi craftsmanship. Apprentices assist with preparation, organization, and ingredient handling while gradually developing knife skills, fish knowledge, and an understanding of traditional technique.
Servers assist with table setting, food running, section organization, and guest care while gradually developing the skills, menu knowledge, and confidence required to become a full-time server. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
